Coaching

What is the difference between business coaching and life coaching?

Business coaching focuses on professional and career-related goals, such as leadership development and strategic planning. Life coaching, on the other hand, is more holistic, addressing personal growth, relationships, and overall life satisfaction.

How can coaching benefit my career or personal life?

Coaching provides personalised support to help you identify and achieve your goals, whether they're related to career advancement, improved work-life balance, or personal development. It offers a structured and empowering process to unlock your full potential.

What coaching qualifications and experience does your team have?

Both Eric and Terri have a diploma in Life and Business Coaching from the Association for Coaching since 2021. Eric works as a business coach and mentor for Boston Scientific, as well as a volunteer mentor for personal development within the community in Cork.

Terri works as a business and career coaching with corporate clients, utilising such assessments such as Insights Discovery Personality Profile and the RocheMartin Emotional Capital Report (ECR). She also provides volunteer coaching for personal development within the community in Cork.

Can coaching be done remotely, or is it typically in person?

We offer the flexibility of both remote and in-person coaching sessions to accommodate your preferences and busy schedule. Virtual coaching has become increasingly popular, providing convenience without compromising the effectiveness of the coaching experience.

If you live in the Cork area, in-person coaching sessions can be arranged if that is preferred.

What is your Cancellation Policy for One-on-One Coaching Sessions?

Cancellation Timeframe:
Clients are requested to provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of one-on-one coaching sessions.

Cancellation Fees:

If a client fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged.

Clients are encouraged to reschedule sessions whenever possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs within our availability.

We value your commitment to your personal and professional development and appreciate your understanding of the importance of adhering to this policy. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns regarding scheduling or cancellations.

How long does a coaching relationship typically last?

It depends!

The needs of the person seeking coaching will be considered, and the goals they aim to achieve play a crucial role in determining the duration.

Typically, a coaching relationship lasts between 3-6 sessions, with a space of 2-4 weeks between each session to give time for the coachee to reflect, complete tasks, and implement action plans.

Some individuals may find value in a longer-term coaching relationship, extending beyond the initial sessions, especially if they have complex or ongoing goals that require sustained support and guidance.
